- Krys Smith Added October 23, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible customer service experience - had ordered a product online, had to chase it up more than once. Finally got told it was on back order and would be at least 4 weeks, so much for 3-5 business days. Tried to offer me another product, and then was asking me the dimensions of the product I ordered, and had no idea of the dimensions of the possible replacement - seemed surprised when I said it had to fit in a certain space, and umm, isn't it YOUR job to look up that information. Also got told that even if I was to go ahead with the order, my requested delivery time (late afternoon) was not possible - umm, hello, I work?! Ended up cancelling order, but am still waiting for a refund. Bought from another retailer - ordered, got delivered at the time I wanted two days later. I've worked in customer service previously - EPIC FAIL - on Every. Single. Level. Save yourself the drama and go elsewhere
